Root canal therapy

Deep decay, cracks, trauma, lingering temperature sensitivity, pain with biting or an infection at the root may indicate the need for treatment.
What treatment involves
After the tooth is fully numb and isolated with a dental dam, the canal system is cleaned, disinfected, shaped and sealed under magnification. A final crown or filling is then completed when indicated.
